Great little restaurant tucked away in the middle of a strip center.  Restaurant was small but clean.

I ordered the Pollo Primavera.  The plating was very nice.  My meal came with rice and beans.  Beans were the best I've ever had in a mexican restaurant.  It was more like soup and the broth was very very good and tasty.  Had a good flavor, maybe ham.  The menu said the meal came with squash, zucchini and carrots.  I was expecting a piece of chicken with a little cream sauce with vegetables on the side.  The chicken was pounded into thin pieces.  Portion size was good. Veggies were cut in small pieces and mixed with the cream sauce then poured onto the top of the chicken.  It was very good and was not a typical mexican restaurant dish.  Would  have been better if it was hot.  Rice was warm but not hot.  Beans were nice and hot though.

My husband had a very hard time finding somethings he was interested in but he finally ordered the chicken Mia's bowl.   He said it was ok.  His chicken was not hot when he got his meal.

Went on a Thursday night.  There was a decent crowd. A couple of tables were occupied when we got there, but there were more filled when we left.

I will definitely go back if I can get my husband to go. lol

Tried this place for the first time and got it delivered. We ordered the beef fajitas. They didn't look as photogenic as some pictures are here on yelp. Maybe it's because it was delivered, so there was more settling time. The meat could have been seasoned more. The tortillas are better than most places we've been to in this area. Overall bland experience with the exception of the chips and salsa. It's highly likely that we will choose a different place over this in the future.

3 stars= edible for sustenance and not pleasure

[To give you an idea of my taste level so you can better interpret what my feedback means to you, I currently say Pappacito's is my favorite place for fajitas in the Dallas metroplex.]

A friend recommended Kiki's soley based on their stuffed jalapenos.  I was not disappointed. They were stuffed to the brim with shredded chicken and cheese, and packed with flavor. I ordered the lunch enchiladas and love ordered the Miguelito. Mine was good, nothing special, but good. His looked amazing, and he really enjoyed it.  We make a killer chicken tortilla soup at home, but he said it was NOTHING in comparison.  Hands down, best chicken tortilla soup we have had. Service was ok, could be much better, but we will be back!

Feel like Yelpers let me down on this one. Bland salsa, no tamales, no ranchero sauce.

Not sure how long this place has been open but don't see it lasting long. The place was dead.

Son had the beef fajitas and they needed more seasoning and were chewy. My daughter had the quesadillas and she said they were good.

Highly disappointed to have dined here.
